SHIPPING -
at this time, we don't offer express shipping that you would receive at, let's say, Sephora or Nordstrom or any other big brand store. but, during normal shipping times, orders can take approximately 7 - 10 business days to ship after finalizing your order, as each item is handmade upon receiving an order and is batched with other orders. there are times that your order will ship sooner than the 7 - 10 business days and there are times that if there is a Federal holiday or if the company is experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take a little longer than the 7 - 10 business days, but a notification will appear at the top of this screen informing you. but I do thank you for thinking of ella + co., for still ordering knowing it may take a few days to receive your order, and for coming back. no really, I graciously thank you all!

If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx but has been misdelivered or stolen, you must file a claim with the respective delivery carrier. ella + co. is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages and therefore will not be replaced by us.  

international shipping, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses, will be charged international rates. a standard shipping rate is applied to all other priority domestic orders. 

RETURNS - there is a no return policy at this time. if your product(s) was damaged during packaging by ella + co. or incomplete, please reach out to customer service at ellaplusconatural@gmail.com for assistance or use the contact page on the website. if your product(s) was damaged during shipping and delivery by a carrier, you will have to file a claim with the carrier.
